Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Hand us the execution layer of hiring: role profiles, channel mix, screening and first interviews, interview coordination, offer conversations, onboarding and probation follow-up. Priced on results, with a fixed-fee TAaaS option for unlimited hiring.

Short answer

If your problem is not "we cannot fill one critical role" but "a whole class of roles never gets filled and our HR team is drowning in screening and scheduling", RPO is the right model: we own the process end to end and are paid on results. If hiring is continuous, spans many role types and headcount is unpredictable, TAaaS is the better fit — a fixed monthly fee, unlimited hires, no headhunting fees and no success commission.

What we take over

Take the full process or just the stages your team cannot keep up with.

🧭

Intake and role profile

Align with hiring managers on responsibilities, must-haves, salary range and start date — and on what counts as a qualified candidate.

📡

Channel mix and outreach

We combine job boards, community channels and talent pools, then run and review outreach cadence ourselves.

🔎

Screening and first interviews

Screen against the profile and run phone or video screens to confirm motivation, salary expectations and language ability before anything reaches your hiring manager.

🗓️

Interview coordination

Schedule candidates and interviewers, chase feedback after every round and cut the dead time between decisions.

✍️

Offer and pre-onboarding

Support salary conversations, offer follow-up and reference-check coordination to reduce offer drop-off.

📈

Onboarding and probation follow-up

Check in after the start date and review hiring quality and channel efficiency at each stage.

What "priced on results" means

Our fee is tied to hiring outcomes. Whether that outcome is an accepted offer, an actual start date, or passing probation is agreed in the contract up front, so there are no arguments later. We do not bill by CV volume — a stack of unsuitable CVs helps nobody.

If your needs also include dispatch, social insurance or payroll, the HR team can take those on as well. Recruitment and employment compliance then sit on one line, with the least handover overhead.

How we deliver

1
Intake workshop

One or two sessions to settle role profiles, priorities, salary ranges, interview stages and decision owners.

2
Plan and schedule

We propose the channel mix, delivery cadence, process metrics and fee structure; work starts once both sides confirm.

3
Execution and weekly reporting

Candidates are submitted to the agreed cadence, with weekly updates on progress, blockers and market feedback such as salary expectations and competitor moves.

4
Review and adjust

We revisit the funnel per role, adjust profiles or channels, and flag roles that are not moving before they quietly stall.

Signals that RPO is worth a conversation

✓
Demand concentrates in a few role types, yet the pipeline never keeps up with attrition
✓
Your HR team spends its week screening CVs, booking interviews and chasing feedback instead of planning talent
✓
Several cities or business lines hire at once, standards drift and candidates get an inconsistent experience
✓
You spend on channels but cannot say which one actually works
✓
You are building an overseas team and need local hiring process and language support
🔐
How candidate data is handled

CVs and communication records are stored and transmitted with ISO27001-aligned, bank-level encryption, used only for the recruitment service you authorised, and never shared with third parties. Cross-border transfers are handled in line with local data protection rules.

Frequently asked questions

How is RPO different from a headhunter?

A headhunter usually fills individual critical roles. RPO takes on a whole hiring process and a larger volume — channel strategy, screening, interview coordination, offers and onboarding follow-up — which suits recurring, high-volume hiring.

With performance-based pricing, do we pay nothing if you fail?

Fees are tied to hiring outcomes, but the definition of an outcome has to be agreed up front — an accepted offer, an actual start date or passing probation. We write the settlement basis into the contract before any work starts.

Is TAaaS really unlimited?

TAaaS charges a fixed monthly fee for unlimited hires, with no success-based commission. Role scope, covered markets and response times are agreed in the engagement plan.

How quickly do we see the first candidates?

It depends on role difficulty, market supply and your interview process. Delivery starts once the requirement and plan are signed off; most of the elapsed time goes into outreach and feedback cycles.
